Born on the 29th of March 1985 in the Parish of Westmoreland. He is the founder of Colors Entertainment which produced an annual event called “Colors” that is being held at Venture River in the Community of Williamsfield in the Parish of Westmoreland.
Let me give u a brief introduction of Douglas Willie he is a hardworking young entrepreneaur, inspirational and influential individual who is very focus on whatever task he is taking on. Very kind, understanding, supportive, fun loving, humorous and humble. His favorite quote is “Only in darkness u can see the stars”.
Colors was founded in the year 2018 by Douglas Willie and was first hosted by him and his childhood friend and co-host Kevin Distin on the 31st of March 2018 at Content Square in the small community of Content, Westmoreland.
Colors was a huge success at launch and the name went viral that year. Colors continue to grow and was hosted two consecutive years at that same location until 2021 where the event was postponed due to the pandemic which caused a huge disappointment to the promoters, team and the masses.
In the year 2022 both promoters parted ways respectfully where Kevin Distin started his own brand called “Heat Wave however that didn’t affect their friendship as they both support each other up to present. Colors was once again held in 2023 where it ignited Venture River, Williamsfield, Westmoreland with performances from upcoming artistes such as Karnz, SSani among other artistes such as Fada Bookie and Marksman. The show was huge, and exciting on a whole all patrons enjoyed themselves by means of good clean fun.
